The all-in-one Training Management solution
A comprehensive analytics solution to manage all employee trainings within the company. The vision was to create a highly flexible platform providing a quick yet in depth view of the company training metrics.
Design Goal
My task was to create an easy to use, modern user experience, which provides an overview of the company's employees’ trainings. And all this without appearing overloaded, but always with the objective of a work-friendly user software.
My Role
I was working on this project from research to final design delivery to create a simple yet UX driven solution for managers to track employee trainings.
Training management
With this deisgn, everyone can keep track of their trainings just the way they like it. The user can switch between his favourite views at any time – this helps to keep track of matters that need urgent attention. Besides training overviews, there is also more focused views. These helps users to keep an even better overview of all training issues.
Lightweight UI
The details of many tasks are displayed in a floating modal. This makes jumping from task to task super easy and helps to make the user interface feel easy and intuitive, even if there are a lot of tasks.
Monitoring made easy
Are trainings completed on time? Which employees are exceptionally committed? How has the company grown? Where is still potential? Our analytics provide the answers to all these questions and a lot more key metrics to make monitoring easy.
The result
A comprehensive Training Management tool was designed which provides actionable insights and helps managers as well as employees to track more effectively and efficiently.
