Redefining how people interact with entitlements
Redesigning an entitlement management platform and customizing it to the user needs through improved UX and UI design.
Design Goal
I was tasked to come up with a fresh, new design while keeping in mind that employees usually need to manage multiple entitlements at the same time.

For this project I led the research and design of existing platform, leading me to come up with an easy-to-use design while focusing on a clean fresh look & feel.

After an intensive conception phase and a design sprint, we redesigned the app, step by step. From small tweaks like the modular landing page, to the new entitlement portal.

One of the main requirements was to come up with an easy way to configure everything related to entitlements within the same platform. As a result I developed a modular solution, while using certain UI elements that saves time for the user.
Organized entitlements. No chaos.
One of the pain points for users is keeping an overview of all the data feeds. Therefore, I structured the section so that the user can see all relevant information at first glance.
The result
As a target group will spend a significant amount of time with this product, I chose a very clean and minimal design. In turn, the developed solution was very well received and the user feedback has been quite positive.
